Rijk studied horticulture at UMASS Amherst with a focus in vegetable production and later mycology in graduate school at UW LaCrosse. He has been passionate about bringing the highest quality foods to people that care about it. Through regenerative agriculture practices, Anything Grows strives to produce the most nutrient dense food.
STARTING THE FARM In our first season, we leased a quarter acre of land in Beverly, MA through the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project. We are looking to find our own piece of land in Essex County to settle down and raise our family.
